Johnny Duverseau
web developer
I am a son of Haiti who moved to the United States in my 30s to pursue a career in computer programming and web development. Currently, I work as a web developer at Aidin, a healthcare technology startup, based in New York City that has been featured in both Forbes and TechCrunch. Aidin is an enterprise software used by hospitals to streamline the patient discharge process and save operating costs. I work with many web development languages daily and love solving problems creatively using Javascript, C#, React, Ruby, and SQL to name a few. My career has been defined by solving big problems and helping those in need. Prior to web development, I built a career working in international development (Haiti) at Doctors Without Borders where I delivered direct patient care through music therapy and therapeutic treatment. In my spare time, I am a reggae guitarist and have traveled internationally through Mexico and South America competing on a 4-week televised music competition, Viña Del Mar Festival in Chile (2017) judged by Latin Grammy Award winning artist, Maluma.
