I am an Entertainment and Sports Lawyer with a Master’s Degree in Entertainment Law, TED X 2018 Speaker, Film Producer/Host & CEO of an online educational services company Parris Productions Ltd which produces the You Tube/TV series The Business Of Carnival ® . It is the first series of its kind which through its talk show format with celebrity guests and renowned entrepreneurs, educates viewers on the legal and business aspects of the carnival and entertainment industries within the Caribbean. Several episodes of the web series were aired on Caribbean Airlines (CAL) in 2019 via its inflight app ‘Caribbean View’. Parris Productions Ltd has recently launched in June 2020 online Master Classes teaching Entertainment & Intellectual Property (IP) Law to students across the globe. I operate the first boutique law practice in Trinidad & Tobago whose focus is in the area of Entertainment, Intellectual Property (IP)& Sports Law where I provide specialist legal advice to persons in the music, sports, film, fashion, events and broadcast sector. Some of the organizations that I have consulted for have been the government of Trinidad & Tobago, the OECS Commission, the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and the Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee.
