"I am a freelance, multi-disciplinary strategy and operations consultant, with over 16 years’ experience in varying industries, particularly financial services and entertainment I am passionate about all things Trinidad and Tobago Carnival, and have been with the TRIBE Group of Companies since inception (2004) in varying capacities. I currently provide critical support to the operation for business development, strategic planning and marketing for all brands, particularly BLISS Carnival. Most recently, I worked with Ultimate Events Ltd. (a member of the TRIBE Group) as a producer for the One Yard virtual concert in October 2020, and the film ‘LAVWAY’ in February 2021, as our group moves into different areas of entertainment with the aim to be a formidable force in the arena of television and film production.  I have extensive management training and expertise and I am a PROSCI Certified Change Management Practitioner. In my management practice, I am focused on improving project results by ensuring that the people side of change is not neglected during project implementations."
