"My name is Jules Sobion aka Julius CZAR. I am the founder, CEO and Commander-In-Chief of Caesar's Army Limited - an experiential event production company that is powered by a global Caribbean community. I have extensive experience in the entertainment arena (over 20 years) but I am most renowned for my creativity, my branding and marketing skills and last but not least, for my consistency in disrupting the status quo. Additionally, I am the Creative Director of the Carnival Mas Band - ROGUE and I have also just recently launched a new company called CZAR which is a company with a vision of industry development through moulding young and talented Caribbean entrepreneurs. I hope to create a one of a kind cornucopia of talent representation, management, brand development and collaboration through this company. I am also a Director on the Boards of the NAPA (National Academy of the Performing Arts) and TTT (Trinidad & Tobago Television) which has further inspired my passions in theatre and film."
