"I am currently pursing a degree in biotechnology at the University of the West Indies, Mona while operating my own greenhouse in Charlotteville, Tobago. I use eco-friendly agriculture practices to sell nursery plants to local farmers and manage my family's 10 year agro-processing business, We Cater. Additionally, I am the co-founder of Carnicycle, a social enterprise that seeks to make Carnival sustainable. At Carnicycle I a manage our recycling operations and finances. My interests reside in sustainability, technology and agriculture and I plan to use his knowledge to optimize and expand Carnival, my greenhouse and my family’s business."
